Payment and Delivery

I. Payment methods:

Cash payment for customers purchasing directly at the store or for home delivery.

Payment by card swipe. Applicable at stores with POS machines. Acceptable cards: Master Card, Visa Card, and all domestic payment cards.

Payment by bank transfer to the company’s bank account, customers can transfer to one of the following accounts:

After transferring money, customers please call to provide us with invoice information via the Hotline.

II. Delivery methods:

Free delivery within the inner city areas of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, applicable for orders over 500,000 VND.

Express delivery for customers outside the provinces using Fast Delivery Service (GHN) or Viettel Post.

Free nationwide shipping, free cash on delivery for orders over 500,000 VND.

Orders under 500,000 VND will incur additional shipping and cash on delivery fees (if any), depending on the delivery address and weight of the shipment.

Within 3 to 7 days from order confirmation and payment confirmation (if any), customers will receive the products (depending on the shipping address).

In any case, Việt Phong’s decision will be the final decision.
